Litchfield Performing Arts is proud to announce Litchfield regional jazz combos in New York City and Hartford, CT during the school year. A new program that allows students to experience the Litchfield Jazz Camp year round.

Our regional jazz combos meet weekly for 10 weeks, focusing on the jazz repertoire and the interaction of playing music together.  Taught by working professional musicians, the students learn in a casual atmosphere about what makes a band work.  They work on their knowledge of tunes, improvising, group dynamics,  team work and comradery.  After 10 weeks, they will have a gig in a real jazz venue.  Sounds like fun?  You bet it is!

A winter session as well as a spring session will be offered with classes being held on Thursdays, and Sundays in NYC and Saturdays in Hartford, CT. Click here to register!

A fee of $500 (per session) includes the 10 classes and the final concert.
