Litchfield Performing Arts is pleased to announce the 15th Anniversary of the Litchfield Jazz Festival honoring Dave Brubeck in his 90th year. The festival returns, August 6-8, to the Springs Center and campus of Kent School in Kent, CT. The line-up is set and tickets are on-sale now. The acclaimed festival was named a “Top 100 Event” in the US and Canada twice, and, last summer, JazzImprov said, “Nothing beats the Litchfield Jazz Festival…an ongoing tradition for those in the know.”

Litchfield Jazz Festival and Kent Lions Club present an “An Afternoon of Classics & Jazz,” celebrating the music of Duke Ellington and Cole Porter. Held at Kent School’s Mattison Auditorium on Saturday, February 6th from 4-6 PM, it features pianist Dolph Traymon, and professionals and outstanding young talents from Litchfield Jazz Camp. Proceeds will benefit the Kent Lions charitable giving and support scholarships for Kent area students to attend Litchfield Jazz Camp this summer.
