They set up multiple tents on the outdoor site of the 4H center and transform the grounds into a showcase for world class jazz. The Litchfield Performing Arts foundation runs the festival and the neighboring jazz camp. The campers perform in between main stage acts and add to the general good feelings and fun of the weekend. Some of the touring artists that teach at the camp also play on the main stage.
