The noted auction service iGavel, under the baton of Antiques Roadshow's Lark Mason, is hosting the online auction with exciting jazz collectibles, autographed instruments, a ragtime wedding band, private home concerts and more.  Auctioneers generally make their money by charging a premium to both buyer and seller. A special thanks to Lark Mason who has forgone the seller's premium to help our program, so almost all proceeds go straight to the campers.

Auction Ends Wednesday, August 15 at noon.

Highlighted item: Custom Recording from the 2012 Litchfield Jazz Festival. Own the only copy of the Salute to George Coleman band that brought down the house on Saturday, August 11th at the Litchfield Jazz Festival featuring Gary Smulyan (Baritone sax), Don Braden (tenor sax), Jeff Lederer (tenor sax), Kris Allen (alto sax), Onaje Allen Gumbs (piano), Marcus McLaurine (bass), Matt Wilson (drums), Dave Ballou (trumpet), and special guest Eric Alexander on tenor sax. The members of the core band are all Teaching Artists at the Litchfield Jazz Camp, which is where this band first debuted. The winner will receive a Redemption Certificate for the recording, which will be completed by January 1st of 2013. To bid on this item click here.
