This weekend is the 20th anniversary of the Litchfield Jazz Festival. The Litchfield Jazz Camp will be performing all weekend on the student stage, and many of the camp faculty will be performing at the main stage over the weekend! Campers from all weeks gain free access to the festival grounds with their nametag from camp. More »
Litchfield Jazz Festival Tribute to Thomas Chapin
Litchfield Jazz Festival announces a tribute to Thomas Chapin who performed many times in the early years of the festival. Two viewings of a 50 minute preview of the film Night Bird Song, The Thomas Chapin Story and the Litchifeld Jazz Festival Orchestra's tribute performing all taking place this week. First viewing is at Litchfield Jazz Camp at Canterbury School, New Milford at 3 pm, Tuesday, August 4 (free and open to the public) and the second on Saturday, August 8 at the Litchfield Jazz Festival. On Friday, August 7, the Litchfield Jazz Orchestra (LJO) will open the 20th Anniversary of the Jazz Fest at 7:45 pm with a tribute to Chapin. More »

Places still available at Litchfield Jazz Camp Sessions 3 and 4
Litchfield Jazz Camp is entering the final 2 weeks of its month-long session at Canterbury School in New Milford. A limited number of spaces are still available for weeks three and four (July 26-31 and Aug 2-7). The upcoming weeks are perhaps the most exciting of the entire session. More »
College Fair - June 29th
Join us on Wednesday July 29th at 7PM for Litchfield Jazz Camp’s annual College Fair! The Fair is open to the public and will include 12 colleges from across the US and two preparatory schools. The Fair will be held at Canterbury School in New Milford, summer home of Litchfield Jazz Camp. More »
