When does the Festival start and end?

Festival Grounds open to the public at 11:00AM both Saturday and Sunday (10:00AM Sunday for Scat & Scramble Brunch ticket holders) with music on Saturday from noon to 8:30PM, and from 12:30PM to 7:30PM on Sunday.

Where is the Parking?

FREE Festival Parking is at The Goshen Fairgrounds Field located directly across the street from the Festival grounds. There will be ample parking. Thanks to The Goshen Fairgrounds for the parking area.

Friends of The Festival Scat & Scramble Brunch parking will be located directly on the Festival grounds. Priority Parking spaces will be provided.

Handicap parking will be located directly on the Festival grounds. Festival signage will direct you.

Is there a parking fee?

No. Parking is free.

Are there food vendors?

You are welcome to bring a picnic or try our fantastic and reasonably priced food, Olde Burnside Brewing Company beer and Master Brands wines.  See all food vendors.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Sorry, no beer, wine, alcoholic beverages or glass can be brought onto the grounds. Coolers will be inspected at the gate.

Can I bring a cooler?

You are welcome to have a cooler on the lawn. Sorry, no coolers are allowed in the Mainstage Tent by order of the fire marshal.

Can I bring the whole family?

Of course!  Children 12 and under are welcome and are free on the lawn when accompanied by a parent.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed on the grounds of the Festival with the exception of service animals. Service animals include guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

Are there chairs in the Mainstage Tent?

Yes. Mainstage Tent Friends and Best Friends packages for the weekend entitle you to seating in a reserved, up-front section. Seating in the remainder of the Tent is general admission. Click here to see Seating Info/Options

If I buy a lawn ticket, what can I bring with me?

Lawn ticket buyers are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets and umbrellas to make themselves comfortable on the grass.  Small tents are also permitted on the lawn.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

Can I take pictures?

Photography, recording, and videotaping are not permitted inside the Mainstage Tent. Flash photography is prohibited.  Other than that, snap away.  And please post to facebook.com/litchfieldjazzfestival and twitter.com/litchfieldjazz.

Will the festival take place in the rain?

The Litchfield Jazz Festival is an ALL WEATHER EVENT.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final, and refunds and exchanges cannot be made.
