WHAT IS GIVE LOCAL?
Hosted by the Connecticut Community Foundation, Give Local Greater Waterbury and Litchfield Hills is a 36 hour online giving event from 7 a.m. April 21 through 7 p.m. April 22, 2020. Since it’s creation in 2013, Give Local has raised more than $7.2 million for hundreds of local and regional not-for-profits thanks to generous donors, area businesses and organizations.
BONUS FUNDS AND MATCHING GIFTS
With the aim of furthering its mission to strengthen non profit sustainability, the Foundation is allocating over $90,000 for bonus funds and prizes during Give Local 2020. These funds boost the donations received during Give Local. Our Board President has also pledged to match up to the first $1,000 raised during Give Local.

With Give Local, you don’t have to choose one organization to support either – you have the opportunity to choose from as many of the participating organizations as you like during this online event!
