Friday, September 19th, the Adam Birnbaum Trio will play at the Palace Theater’s Poli Club for a show at 7PM. Adam will be joined by Joe Martin on bass and Jochen Rueckert on drums.

Adam Birnbaum is recognized as one of today’s leading jazz pianists. A Juilliard-trained artist, he has performed at top New York venues including the Village Vanguard, Blue Note, Birdland, Dizzy’s and at the Montreal and Cape Town Jazz Festivals. His album, Three of a Mind, on CBC Records, received rave reviews from The New York Times and Downbeat. The album featured Doug Weiss on Bass and the great Al Foster on drums.

This show is Adam’s first for Litchfield Jazz since the 2023 Festival, where he appeared with the Peter Bernstein Quartet.
