In Memoriam

We lost two jazz giants earlier this month, both of whom we were honored to present.

Saxophonist Cornelius “Sonny” Fortune died at 79. Sonny played Litchfield in 2007 with George Cables, Chip Jackson and Steve Johns. Trumpeter Roy Hargrove died at 49. Roy played Litchfield in 2001 with Gerald Cannon, Sherman Irby Willie Jones III and Larry Wilson.

Our thoughts are with their loved ones as they grieve.
